In 2023, we embarked on a mission to bring delicious whole grain sourdough breads, spreads, and baked goods to our community. We believe simple, natural, whole foods nourish our bodies and help us feel our best. We carefully select each ingredient, make everything from scratch, source as locally as possible, and use no artificial ingredients. Plus, everything is 100% plant-based and sugar-free.

The baker
Elba's culinary journey began at the age of seven, inspired by the simple ingredients of her Dominican heritage. Her mother’s use of fresh, basic ingredients has had a profound impact on her. It was only natural for her to turn her talent into something meaningful. Her journey took an interesting turn when she delved into the world of sourdough, driven by her desire for a healthier lifestyle for her family. While she never envisioned herself opening a bakery, she has found her purpose in encouraging her community to embrace a simple and nourishing way of life.
